Anti-fouling
Conden-SAF 4675
Blend of three amines designed to volatilize with the steam and neutralize corrosive carbonic acid upon condensation. Because it is a blended product, it is designed to protect condensation points, which are both short and long distances from the boiler house and under a wide range of pressures. It is highly concentrated for use in large systems with high alkalinity makeup.
Benefits:
Highly concentrated so that high alkalinity make-up waters and large systems can be treated cost effectively.
Blended amine - contains low, medium and high distribution ratio material so that points of condensation can be protected at short, intermediate and long distances from the boiler house.
Neutralizes corrosive carbonic acid in condensate lines. This minimizes the opportunity for iron
deposition problems in the boiler due to high iron levels in the condensate.
Confidence 10
“All-in-one” liquid boiler water treatment specially formulated for the easy, comprehensive treatment of steam boilers using hard makeup water, up to approximately 200 psig. Confidence 10 provides oxygen scavengers, alkalinity builders, metal passivators, sludge conditioners and dispersants for maintaining the cleanest, corrosion-free hard water boilers.

Elim-Iron
Metal oxide descalant is a non-acid cleaner and additive for controlling iron oxide deposition issues in closed loops and both iron oxide and hardness-based scales in steam boilers. The combination of sequestrants and dispersants will soften and promote removal of iron oxide deposits from pumps, pipes, heat exchangers, compressors, boiler water sides and deaerators. Elim-Iron can also be used as an effective preventative antiscalant additive to inhibit the deposition of iron oxide onto system surfaces.
Benefits:
Helps soften and promote removal of iron- based scale, sludge and sediment from screens, nozzles, heat exchangers, pumps, pipes, compressors and boiler components.
Highly effective in steam boilers for removing iron oxides, calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate deposits.
Restores Efficiency: Elim-Iron removes energy- robbing deposits and restores efficiency in heating and cooling system heat exchangers as well as in steam boilers.
Safety: Elim-Iron is safer for operator use and safer on most metals due to its neutral pH.
Flexibility: Elim-Iron can be used on many deposits to promote a slow, gradual cleanup or for quick, short-term removal.
Easy disposal: Elim-Iron’s near-neutral pH makes neutralization unnecessary before disposal of used cleaning solutions.
Corrosion Inhibitors
Isogard Plus NT
Provides protection to multi-metal systems operating at high or low temperatures. It is recommended for hot water heating systems (max. 2500F; 1210C), chilled water circuits and other closed systems containing ferrous and nonferrous metals (except aluminum). The Isogard Plus NT inhibitor is intended for systems requiring minimal makeup.
Benefits:
Economical to use: Very concentrated for better use-cost for large closed loop systems.
Metal safety: Safe on systems containing ferrous and nonferrous metals.
Compatible: Compatible with glycol solutions.
High temperatures: Can be used up to 2500F (1210C).
Isogard Plus
Provides non-chromated protection to multi-metal systems operating at high or low temperatures. It is recommended for hot water heating systems (max. 2500F.), chilled water circuits and other closed systems containing ferrous and nonferrous metals (except aluminum). The Isogard Plus inhibitor is intended for systems requiring minimal makeup. Isogard Plus corrosion inhibitor is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry processing plants.

Isogard

The Isogard inhibitor is intended for systems requiring minimal makeup.

IWT-4B
Non-chromated corrosion inhibitor provides protection to multi-metal systems operating at high or low temperatures. It is recommended for hot water heating systems (max. 250° F), chilled water circuits and other closed systems containing ferrous and nonferrous metals. The IWT-4B inhibitor is intended for systems requiring minimal makeup.
