Disperse Dyes
PAMACRON®
Our PAMACRON® line is made up of water-insoluble dispersed colorants for polyester dyeing, both for the exhaustion process and for the thermosol process. As the name implies, these colorants are added to the dye bath in a finely dispersed state. The colorants are stabilized by dispersants, which allow them to be handled without problems. Different types of polyester demand particular dyeing characteristics, which must be considered accordingly:
In long dye baths, disperse dyes must be applied evenly and quickly.
In cross-coil dyeing they are exposed to high shear forces
In the high temperature thermosol process, every second counts.
In order to meet these challenges, an extensive selection of colorants is required. For this reason, the large assortment of PAMACRON® products is divided into different groups of colorants and thus facilitates the correct application.
Direct Dyes
PAMANIL®
The products that belong to the PAMANIL® line are exclusive for use on cotton. These water-soluble direct dyes do not form a chemical bond with cellulose, they are instead bound to the fiber by physical interactions, therefore, their main characteristic is that they are highly related to the substrate.
Direct colorants allow ecological and economical processes for a wide variety of articles. The advantage of direct dyes is that the dyeing process is very simple, since it is a purely physical process in which the dye is applied to the fiber by salification. In this context, the dyeing process is controlled by the bath ratio, the temperature, the electrolytic additives and the auxiliaries.
Dye Preparations
PAMATRANSFER®
Aqueous dispersions compatible with synthetic and natural thickeners for sublimation printing, using manual, semi-automatic or automatic systems.
The paper printed with PAMATRANSFER® can be transferred on various types of substrates:
Synthetic textile fibers (lycra, polyester, nylon, etc.)
Mixed fabrics with at least 60% synthetic fiber
Plastic supports (ski, glasses, etc.)
PAMAPRINT®
Highly concentrated water-based pigment preparations, with excellent levels of fastness and a broad spectrum of shades. For textile applications, the most important preparations are those of pigments based on azo compounds, phthalocyanine, quinacridone and dioxazine.
Depending on the customer's requirements, we have at your disposal variants of optimal formulations for different articles and various applications, such as:
