CDL-2848

Synthetic high-temperature chain lubricant is a unique blend of polyolesters and select lubricant additives. CDL-2848 can lubricate high-temperature oven chains up to 450°F. Fluid viscosity is SAE 30 grade. CDL- 2848 minimizes carbon buildup, substantially superior to petroleum which carbonizes at 200° to 250°F. Chain startup using CDL-2848 will be easy as indicated by a high viscosity index (VI), assuring low viscosity at room temperature.

CLG-2

Lithium complex grease designed for pumpability in central lubricating systems and is good for multipurpose use up to 350°F. The Polymer additives make it very tacky and stringy, so they cling to bearings and gears with reduced sling off. Other additives include anti wear, extreme pressure, rust and oxidation inhibitors.

MPG-2

Polymer fortified grease formulated for use in a wide variety of industrial applications. MPG #2 grease combine patented calcium complex thickening process with a special blend of highly refined base oils to deliver unequaled protection in tough applications. MPG #2 grease has excellent high temperature stability and very good water resistance. The high molecular weight polymers allow MPG #2 grease to form a protective film between metal surfaces that is difficult to remove and protect against extreme pressure.

MPO-10, MPO-20 & MPO-30

MPOs, multipurpose polymer oils, are non-detergent oils, formulated with only the finest and purest refined petroleum oils available, provide chemical stability and high VI.

The stability of these base stocks is further enhanced by the addition of properly tailored additives to improve their field performance in existing equipment and to cover a wide range of applications.

These additives also provide protection against thermal degradation, foaming, rust, corrosion and the formation of harmful sludge and varnish deposits during extended periods of operation.

Additional benefits are gained through the addition of polymers which provide tackiness or clingability. This characteristic enables the oil to provide immediate lubrication on startup, which is the most critical wear time. Even after the equipment remains idle for extended periods, all metal surfaces remain coated and protected.

SCL-635-EP

TPG

Total performance grease where temperature extremes of -20’F to 350°F are a factor. The thickener is Lithium Complex, allowing excellent pumpability in central systems as well as conventional dispensing equipment. The base stock is a unique blend of petroleum oil and additives to optimize low and high temperatures. Another excellent feature of Dubois TPG is it protects metal surfaces from abrasive, airborne contaminants that can cause wear.
