Premium grade soluble oil containing polar lubricity agents. This lubricant can be used on a variety of machining operations and light to moderate drawing and stamping.

GX DRAW 3060

Petroleum based water soluble drawing and stamping fluid. This product has excellent extreme pressure properties without the use of chlorinated paraffins. This product forms a stable solution in all dilutions in water. GX DRAW 3060 provides excellent corrosion protection to parts and machine surfaces. Post welding can be performed without cleaning the product from parts. A bactericide is incorporated to provide long sump life. Typical use dilutions are 6 to 50% in water.

GX DRAW 7050-2

Specially formulated water emulsifiable soluble oil showing metalworking performance characteristics of heavy duty soluble oils containing chlorinated or sulfurized oils. GX DRAW 7050-2 is a dark brown liquid and contains NO E.P. additives like chlorinated paraffins or sulfurized oils. It is a medium duty fluid for use in the cutting, grinding, stamping, and blanking of all metals.

Severe duty petroleum based water soluble drawing and stamping fluid. This product contains high levels of chlorinated extreme pressure additives to provide excellent anti-weld and die protection properties. This product forms a stable solution in all dilutions in water. GX DRAW 7197 provides excellent corrosion protection to parts and machine surfaces. A bactericide is incorporated to provide long sump life. Typical use dilutions are dependent on material alloy, thickness and severity of forming.

A bactericide is incorporated to provide long sump life. Typical use dilutions are 6 to 50 % in water.

Lubricoolant 2050 AC

Water-soluble oil that provides sump life typical of synthetic fluids and E.P. lubricity without chlorine or sulfur. It contains no DEA or halogens. It resists the effects of hard water and cleans off with a mild alkaline cleaner. Lubricoolant 2050 A.C. does not contain silicone, phenols or nitirites.

Lubricoolant 2050 A.C. can be used as a cutting fluid, grinding fluid, or pressworking fluid where a high degree of lubricity is desired and metal safety is an issue. This product is excellent for companies machining brass, copper, aircraft aluminum, bead blasted aluminum, diecast aluminum, aluminum/magnesium alloys and titanium. It has application on other metals as well, especially carbon and alloy steel.

Lubricoolant XL

Lubricoolant XL is a water soluble oil fluid designed for heavy-duty machining, grinding and pressworking operations that require chlorinated and sulfurized extreme pressure additives. Lubricoolant XL mixes with water to form a white milky emulsion.

Perkool 9933

Polydraw 3000

water-soluble oil extreme pressure-type pressworking fluid is designed to be used in various drawing, punching, blanking, and forming operations. Its unique formulation provides extreme pressure type lubricity without the use of chlorinated or sulfurized ingredients; making Polydraw 3000 safe on all metals. It cleans off easily with a mild alkaline cleaner.

Polydraw 3000 was developed from technology derived during the formulation of DuBois’ very successful Lubricoolant 2050 A.C. water-soluble oil cutting fluid and pressworking fluid. It offers the user more lubricity and E.P, lubricity for difficult pressworking applications than Lubricoolant 2050 A.C.
