Acidic

Products with acidic pH used to remove rust and scale caused by lamination on ferrous metals.

GF ACID CLEAN 72

It is a clear, acidic liquid designed to clean metals, and also condition metals prior to painting. GF ACID CLEAN 72 dissolves rust and scale, and at the same time removes dirt and oily soils.

Benefits:

GF ACID CLEAN 386

Clear acidic liquid concentrate especially designed for removal of scale and rust. This fine product is inhibited to minimize attack on stainless steel, steel and aluminum surfaces.

• Will not break down in use at elevated temperatures since it is completely stabilized.

• Will take heat without loss of activity.

• Minimal toxic fumes or odor to contend with when you use this “field proven” product.

• Moderately low foaming product and it is super concentrated.

• Can be used cold or hot for rust and scale remover.

GF ACID CLEAN 3077LF

Clear, acidic liquid concentrate that contains organic and inorganic acids, hard water stabilizers, and low foaming detergents. It is intended for use with acidic spray cleaners and phosphatizers to control and maintain pH during processing. Normally, zero hardness water, zeolite softened, will require more GF ACID CLEAN 3077LF than hard waters such as well water.

GF ACID CLEAN 3077LF is also a liquid acidic compound that can be used for removing laser edge oxides, heat scale and for preparing metals for painting. It can be used in either re-circulating spray or immersion applications.

Neutral

GX DERUST 5575

A neutral pH product designed to remove varying degrees of rust without exposing workers and the environment to volatile acids and caustics. Very easy to use and safe for operators. Extremely effective for removing rust on iron and steel. Must be used in stainless steel or plastic tanks.

Paint Removers

GF STRIP 4420

Non-methylene, chloride-based solvent paint stripper designed to remove various organic coatings from both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. GF STRIP 4420 is a strong alkaline liquid consisting of 100% active high boiling, high flashpoint solvent ingredients.

• Clear amber in color and operates as supplied and can be used cold or heated to 180°F.

Strypp 8641

Effectively strips nearly all types of paint and powder coatings from all types of metals. It is specifically formulated to remove tough coatings from non-ferrous metals and polymeric materials such as masking plugs, caps and fixtures.
