Vibra-LOOB

Highly concentrated liquid mass finishing compound. It is formulated using new and unique surfactants, wetting and cleaning agents, used to provide lubricity and cleaning in vibratory, tumbling, and high energy mass finishing operations. The lubricity of a Vibra-LOOB solution will extend the life of ceramic and plastic media. Its solution removes and suspends soils while lubricating to help media act as designed. Its formulation is suitable for use in a variety of water conditions.

Benefits:

• Vibra-LOOB prepares surfaces of parts for paint, anodizing or plating. It is also ideal for deburring and surface conditioning parts to be automatically assembled.

Liquid Cycle

Concentrated, easy to use, heavy-duty burnishing compound designed to be used in either vibratory or tumbling type burnishing machines. Liquid Cycle’s formula of special lubricants, surfactants, sequestrants, and inhibitors is unaffected by water hardness. When used properly it provides clean media, parts, and equipment. Liquid Cycle ends rusting of burnishing media. Liquid Cycle’s unique formula will provide a bright and clean surface that can be plated, painted, or anodized.

Vibra-GLEEM

Liquid, mildly acidic, burnishing compound which can be used in vibratory and tumbling finishing equipment. VIBRA-GLEEM can be used to burnish brass, copper, steel, and stainless steel. It is uniquely formulated to give brightening, cleaning, cushioning and lubricating characteristics. VIBRA-GLEEM keeps the media clean and bright.

Vibra-PRO

Deburring compound specially formulated to prevent workpieces from rust and corrosion during and after the finishing operation. Its surfactant package is specially formulated to provide lubricity while preventing the media from glazing. VIBRA-PRO will remove and suspend light to medium soils. It is an ideal product to use when the mass finishing operation is an intermediate step in the machining or finishing process. This rust preventing liquid is 100% soluble in water and easy to use. VIBRA-PRO can be used as a dip-type rust preventative for short-term (typically 30 days) indoor protection. It is an excellent rust inhibitor for storage of steel media.
